Your training program
Built around your schedule, your equipment and your experience.
Week 0 onboarding
Good to have you here. You don't need to know everything yet. There are two things to sort before your onboarding call, and we'll walk you through both.
Step 1 of 2
Start with the welcome from Harry, then the short ones below. They're compulsory, and they mean your onboarding call can focus on you. Tick each one off as you go.
What Week 0 is, what happens next and what we need from you.
Watched them all? On to the last step.
Next: Set up Coach Vault ↓In Coach Vault
The how-to videos live in the Coach Vault classroom: a tour of the app, how to log your food and how to do your check-in. Watch them once you're logged in.
Step 2 of 2
Coach Vault is where your coaching happens. Training, food logging, weekly check-ins and messages with your coach. This is the last step.
It's in a separate email. Give it a proper read before you sign. It covers the terms of your coaching.
Can't find your code? Check your spam for the email from Coach Vault. Still stuck? Reply to your welcome email and we'll sort it.
You locked it in on your discovery call. Check your calendar for the time. On the call we'll go through your goals and answers, agree your first priorities, and walk through your training program and how Coach Vault works. Bring your questions.
What happens next
Once your questionnaire's in, your coach goes through every answer and builds your training around you and your goal to .
This is the Baseline Method. Your first week is your baseline week, and it tells us where to start. If you've been under-eating, we rebuild first. If you've been over-eating, we start a deficit. Either way, it's built from your real numbers, not a guess.
So by the time you're on your onboarding call, there's a plan ready to walk through.
Built around your schedule, your equipment and your experience.
No overhaul on day one. Week 1 is your baseline week: you log what you normally eat. Then at your one-week review we run through your nutrition roadmap, built from your real numbers.
Your baseline week decides where we start: rebuild or deficit. We'll go through it together at your one-week review.
How coaching works
It's simple on purpose. You do the work, we review it, we adjust. That rhythm is what keeps you consistent when life gets busy.
All week
Follow your program and log your food in Coach Vault. Got a question? Message your coach.
The bigger picture
ULTA Score
It tracks your adherence. If it starts slipping, we'll look at what's getting in the way and work through it.
What we need from you
Earned, not given
Extra resources that make the process even easier. You earn them by putting in the work.
The community
This is the ULTA community. You'll have access to the community group, full of people putting in the same work you are.
Questions
Before your onboarding call. Your coach builds it from your questionnaire: your schedule, your equipment, your experience and what you want out of this. That's why the questionnaire comes first. The more honest and detailed you are, the better it fits. It goes into Coach Vault, and we walk through it together on your call, so you'll know exactly what you're doing and why before you start.
Yep, that's normal. Your program goes in once your coach has built it, and that happens after your questionnaire's in. Until then the app can look a bit bare. If you can't log in at all, check your inbox and spam for the email from Coach Vault with your 6-digit code. Still stuck? Reply to your welcome email and we'll sort it.
No, and please don't. Your first week is your baseline week. Just log what you normally eat, good days and bad. Nobody's judging it. We need a true starting point, because a plan built on guesses doesn't last. At your one-week review we run through your nutrition roadmap, built from those real numbers. Changes come in steps you can actually keep up with.
You booked it on your discovery call, so it should be in your calendar. Can't find it? Message your coach or reply to your welcome email and we'll confirm the time. To get the most out of it, have your questionnaire done and the videos watched first. Then the whole call can be about you and your plan.
The onboarding videos on this page, yes. They're short, and they explain how we approach your training, your nutrition and how we work together. Getting that out of the way means your call can focus on you. The how-to videos for the app, food logging and check-ins are in the Coach Vault classroom. The extra education in the Coach Vault classroom is optional. Dip into it whenever you want to learn more.
Tell us what you've got access to in your questionnaire, whether that's a full gym or a setup at home. Your training gets built around it. If that changes later, like you join a gym or you're away for a few weeks, tell your coach and we'll adjust your program to suit.
That's really common, and it's nothing to worry about. When it hasn't worked before, it's usually because the plan didn't fit your life and you were left to figure it out alone. Here, your plan is built around you, you check in every week, and when something isn't working we work out why and change it. You don't need to be perfect. You just need to communicate and keep going.
Your check-in opens Sunday at 6am and is due by 9am Monday. It takes about five minutes. Life happens, so if you know it's going to be late, message your coach before the deadline. Had a rough week? Check in anyway. A tough week tells us what to adjust, and that's exactly what we're here for. Going quiet is the only thing that doesn't help, because we can't adjust what we can't see.
Message your coach in Coach Vault. That's where all your coaching conversations live, so nothing gets lost. Use it for anything: a question about an exercise, a meal you're not sure about, or a week that isn't going to plan. If you can't get into the app, email harry@ultaco.com.au.
